These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the online course offered by us via the website https://ishubham.online (the “Site”) and your purchase of the dropshipping course (“Course”). By purchasing the Course or accessing any Course materials, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Parties

  • The “Provider”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the owner/administrator of the Site and Course (i.e., you/the course creator).

  • The “User”, “You”, “Student” refers to the individual who purchases and/or accesses the Course.

2. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

  • All Course materials — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, slides, graphics, course outlines, and any other content provided — are protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws, and are the sole property of the Provider.

  • Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Course materials for personal, non-commercial use only. 

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, publicly display, or otherwise use the Course materials (or any part thereof) for any commercial or unauthorized purpose. This includes screen-recording, sharing login credentials, or re-uploading content.

3. User Account & Access

  • Access to the Course is reserved for the purchaser only; you shall keep your login credentials secure and not share them.

  • We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your access if we suspect that you have violated these Terms — including unauthorized sharing or distribution of materials — without any obligation to provide a refund.

4. Payment, Fees & Refunds

  • The Course fee will be as displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full before access to the Course is granted.

  • If you request a refund (if applicable), the refund policy described on the Site or as agreed at time of purchase will apply. (If you offer a money-back guarantee, specify the exact conditions under which it applies — for example, within 30 days, conditional on implementing the strategies, etc.)

  • Any additional fees charged by payment processors or banks are your responsibility.

5. No Guarantee of Results / Disclaimer

  • The Course is offered strictly for educational purposes. While we strive to deliver valuable content, we do not guarantee any specific results or income level. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (e.g. user effort, market conditions, external risks, etc.).

  • By using the Course, you acknowledge and accept that you are fully responsible for decisions and actions you take based on the Course materials. The Provider is not liable for any financial losses, business failures, or other negative consequences resulting from such actions.

6. Course Changes & Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Course — or any part of it — at any time, with or without notice.

  • If changes are made, you will retain access to previously purchased content, but we do not guarantee identical experience or content in future versions.

7. Termination & Suspension

  • We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you violate these Terms.

  • Upon termination, your license to access Course materials immediately ends.

8. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to misuse the Site or Course — including but not limited to unauthorized access, sharing materials, uploading harmful content, or engaging in unlawful or abusive behavior.

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during purchase/registration.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, business loss, or other losses resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Course.

  • The Provider makes no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Course materials for any particular purpose.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (or specify your particular Indian state, if relevant).

  • Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in your location (e.g. your state / city).

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • If you collect, store, or process any personal data (e.g. email, phone number) from students, you should have a separate Privacy Policy explaining how you collect, use, store and protect such data.

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy (if any).

12. Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement (together with any linked policies such as the Privacy Policy) constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Student regarding the Course, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, representations, proposals or agreements, whether written or oral.

13. Severability

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed deleted or limited to the extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

14. Acceptance

  • By purchasing or accessing the Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
